Our view from the cabin

Last weekend was our annual retreat for mothers. We do this retreat with our Mothers Who Know book discussion group. The book group has been meeting since 2008, and we began organizing an annual retreat a couple of years ago. We always include several classes and our monthly book discussion. This year, Emma gave us a class on medicinal herbs, including a handy kit with ten herbs to carry with us when we are on the go. I gave a presentation on using the scriptures to improve relationships. The ladies had a great time exploring the small town near the cabin we were visiting. Our book discussion was on the book Emma by Jane Austen.
